Royal Mail's confidence tracker poll states that a third of the UK's top marketing directors believe that marketing budgets will increase for the second half of 2010. Only 13% of those who were polled believed that their budgets would be cut in that period. In contrast, last year 26% of those polled believed that their budgets would increase and 25% believed that their budgets be cut for that same period.
