Rotating ads new to Microsoft adCenter

Microsoft recently added a new feature to it's adCenter: rotating ads. The new ad display option will allow for either of the following options:

1. rotating advertisements in a way that optimizes for clicks
2. rotate ads more evenly despite clicks or conversions

The new capability can be found as an option under the ad group settings at the ad group level.

Google Adwords also has ad rotation, but it recently tried to remove the component but the complaints from marketing companies' and advertisers brought it back.
