This role will focus on training our teams, ensuring we execute against standards, drive client value, set client goals, focus on the right tactics, conduct practice presentations, and oversee daily operations of how marketing teams work on client accounts. This position will focus on the stands of how teams execute for clients, provide coaching, performance management, and team management.
We are seeking a smart and capable manager with a background in digital marketing or agency operations. Must have experience managing and coaching professionals. Capable of building and executing simple, clear systems to improve marketing operations. Well-versed in digital marketing.
